Membership Term and Conditions

Membership Terms and Conditions Global Resorts Network, LLC. has prepared the following Terms and Conditions in order to answer Member questions and to help avoid misunderstandings. We hope you will find them helpful. 1. Occupants must be at least 22 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian. 2. Reservations may be made online. Please ensure that your accommodation request form is complete. We ask that your request be submitted at least 6 days in advance of your planned travel. 3. Your Resort accommodation will be for 7 nights and 8 days. Unless otherwise specified, partial weeks are not available. Members wishing to extend their stays for additional days should contact the Resort directly to make their own arrangements. 4. Accommodation provided will be in a two-bedroom, one bedroom or studio suite. Unit size varies according to the season and location. 5. At check-in, you will be expected to present your written confirmation, a major credit card and a driver’s license. 6. Confirmations are for accommodation only and do not include food, transportation or items of a personal nature. 7. All suite accommodation is subject to resources. During peak seasons and holidays, certain Resorts may not be available. 8. All confirmations are final. Each Resort has its own specific check-in and check-out dates and times. 9. Once a holiday has been ACCEPTED, you will be immediately responsible for payment, and the holiday can not be cancelled. 10. Confirmation certificates may not be transferred or sold. 11. To ensure Members receive priority access to available accommodation during July, August and peak holiday periods, guest certificates are restricted during these times. 12. The Member named in the confirmation must be present at the time of check-in. 13. Your confirmed reservation must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. 14. Rental of these units by Members or persons acting on behalf of Members to third parties is strictly prohibited. Unit occupancy restrictions are strictly enforced. 15. Please contact the Resort directly if you anticipate a late arrival. 16. All accommodations are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Should there be any problems upon check-in, please contact Membership Services immediately. Membership reserves the right to remedy booking problems prior to the guest securing alternative accommodation, or committing to any costs. Global Resorts Network, LLC., its subsidiaries, employees and associates decline financial responsibility for any debts incurred without proper authorization. Global Resorts Network, LLC. is not responsible for acts of nature that may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or acts of terrorism or any other reason beyond our control, Global Resorts Network, LLC. and its subsidiaries, employees and associates disclaim any liability or obligation. Global Resorts Network, LLC., its subsidiaries, employees and associates will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property, for any reason whatsoever. In order to allow the Travel Membership customer service to focus on serious travel bookings, Members may only submit travel requests where the intention is for the Member to actually book personal travel. Travel Requests may not be submitted in order to convince a prospect of the availability of a specific resort.

Members may not give out their Travel Membership ID and Password to other people.

All inquiries not related to booking travel must be sent to Global Resorts Network Support.

For Platinum:
59 monthly payments of $82.51 (no pre-payment penalties).
Initial payment of $165.00 due with application. This includes your first month's payment along with processing fee of $82.49 (the monthly payment is returnable if financing declined).

For Gold:
25 monthly payments of $61.31 (no pre-payment penalties).
Initial payment of $144.00 due with application. This includes your first month's payment along with processing fees (the monthly payment is returnable if financing declined).
